Overview
Sound Credit Union is seeking a Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support branches in the King North Region
. We offer a unique Branch Progression Model designed to provide advancement in your role and salary through on-the-job training and structured compensation increases.
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus is available. The bonus is paid out as $500 on your first paycheck and $1,000 after the 6-month anniversary.
Your CompensationSalary range: $20.00 - $22.50 depending on experience and education. Full salary range: $20.00 - $25.00
. As a branch employee, you will be eligible for incentives tied to products and services, paid quarterly, for meeting branch goals and audits. As a Float Teller, mileage reimbursement is available.
Benefit details include 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, and disability for you, and substantial premiums for dependents are also offered.
What You’ll DoTeller (Member Service Representative) — Responsibilities: as the first point of contact, assist members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.
Requirements — One year of customer service experience required; cash handling and retail sales experience preferred. Ability to flexibly travel between branches. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
In addition — Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available. Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency per WA State Law.
HoursIn-person schedule required. Shifts are typically Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Full-time, 35–40 hours per week. Work location varies within Bellevue & Redmond regions, with a home location determined after regional floating.
