About the Role:As a Concierge Specialist at CBRE, you will be instrumental in assisting guests, customers, and tenants with their business and personal needs, including reservations, transportation, and recommendations for local attractions. Your role is essential in providing outstanding customer service in our designated buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- First Impressions Matter: Be the welcoming face for all arrivals, greeting them with warmth and friendliness.
- Service Management: Log service requests and track their progress while providing administrative support to management.
- Activity Coordination: Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities promptly.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to everyone, encouraging referrals of associates to our location.
- Local Knowledge: Build and maintain a database of recommendations for transportation, dining, and entertainment.
- Safety First: Adhere to property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Problem Solving: Address inquiries or complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborative Solutions: Resolve complex issues and identify effective solutions to meet team objectives.
- Leadership by Example: Model behaviors aligned with CBRE’s core values and encourage team collaboration.
- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience; prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of related processes, procedures, and systems; ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
The compensation range for this position is $24.04 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
