Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity north of Seattle. This role is ideal for a customer‑focused professional with experience in a call center or high‑volume customer support environment who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and keeping information accurate. • Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Use CRM tools and common software systems to document customer interactions and maintain updated records.
• Perform accurate data entry while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership to support service goals.

• Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
