HelpDesk/Support, Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Primary Job Functions
- Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas
- Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
- Explain the rules and policies
- Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
- Serve food, beverages, and cake
- Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests
- Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Skills & Knowledge- Problem Anticipation / Deductive Reasoning – ability to identify potential issues and apply logical reasoning to find solutions
- Written Comprehension and Expression – ability to read, understand and communicate information in writing
- Oral Comprehension and Expression – ability to understand and communicate verbally
- Computer – ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software required by the company and regulatory agencies
- Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for customers
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must be able to work weekends
- Food Handler's Permit required
Physical Requirements
- Interaction with outside personnel such as residents and clients on a regular basis via in-person, phone and email
- Extreme environmental conditions do not exist
- Must handle upset or angry people and problem solve difficult situations
- Must adapt to a frequently changing environment
- Sitting and standing as needed
Estimated Base Pay Range: $17.66 / hour
