In this role, you will triage and resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer support experience and is fluent in both English and Ukrainian. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including $24-$29/hour, and requires on-site work.
