Guardian Vault, a leading secure storage facility, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Secure Storage Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with new client sign-ups, facilitating access to safe boxes for existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk and Client Database Management:
Greet clients and visitors professionally at the front desk. Manage client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information. Assist with inquiries and provide information about Guardian Vault services. - New Client Sign-Ups:
Guide new clients through the registration process, explaining storage options and pricing. Ensure completion of all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently. - Existing Client Services:
Verify client identities and grant access to safe boxes following established security protocols. Provide assistance to existing clients regarding account updates, inquiries, and access-related concerns. - Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer and office software applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
This is a flexible part-time position, with hours varying based on business needs. Employees should be available to work a flexible schedule and may be asked to work additional hours or be on call as needed. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Compensation ranges from $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience. All candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check.
