Full‑time General Dentist Opportunity

Gentle Dental Careers, part of Inter Dent, is seeking a compassionate, high‑performing dentist to join our Seattle practice. We provide a supportive, mission‑driven environment, quality clinical care, and strong work‑life balance.

Position Details

• Board‑eligible or Certified specialists available to support your specialty needs
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office, advanced technology
• Compensation: 30%–32% of production + guaranteed base for first 60 days, expected $150K–$400K
• Schedule:
  
  4 days a week, Tuesday through Friday

Qualified Candidate Must Hold

• Accredited dental school graduate
• Current Washington State dental license (or ability to acquire one by start of employment)
• Board‑eligible or Certified specialty support available as needed
• 2 years of experience preferred
• CPR, DEA, NPI licenses/certifications acceptable
