Dental Hygienist

Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist. For over 30 years, our privately owned General Dental Practice located in downtown Redmond, WA has served the greater Eastside community with dedication and care. One of our valued hygienists who has worked with us for 25 years recently retired, and we are seeking a skilled, friendly, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional yet enjoyable working environment that fosters teamwork and excellence.

$70 - $80 per hour.

• Active State Hygiene License.
• CPR, Basic Life Support, Local Anesthesia Certification.
• Licensed Dental Hygienist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) licence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs.
• Perform dental hygiene procedures to the standard of care.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions.
• Administer topical and local anesthesia, as well as nitrous oxide as needed.
• Take diagnostic dental x-rays (FMX and CBCT).
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver comprehensive dental care.
• Proficiently use Dentrix and Dexis; training provided if necessary.

Our office offers a diverse range of procedures, including IV Sedation, endo, ortho, thirds, implants, bone and soft tissue grafting, neurotoxins, oral sleep apnea, and more. We prioritize providing quality dental care to our patients, and our hygienists play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications ($70 - $80 per hour), with potential for a production‑based option.

Presently, our office is open for patient care from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are open to less than three days a week for the right candidate.
