Training Specialist

Our client, a leading organization undergoing a major Finance Transformation, is seeking a Multimedia Content Specialist to join their team. As a Multimedia Content Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Transformation Program supporting the S/4

HANA Finance Project Training Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Create short, visually compelling training videos and infographics to explain finance and accounting concepts related to the S/4
  
  HANA transition.
• Leverage MS 365 Copilot to generate content drafts, visuals, and scripts; edit and finalize videos using Clipchamp or similar tools.
• Gather source materials including meeting recordings, Word documents, and PowerPoint slides to build accurate training content.
• Collaborate with finance SMEs to storyboard, script, and validate training modules.
• Manage and maintain a reusable library of multimedia assets aligned with branding and project standards.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance‑related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience translating complex business or finance concepts into training materials.
• Minimum 3 years of proficiency with Clipchamp or similar video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using MS365 Copilot.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and project‑management skills.
