Position: AV EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR (PART TIME)

Position

We are hiring immediately for a part time AV EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR position.

Location

Microsoft - th Avenue North East, Redmond, WA 98052.

Schedule

Part time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting audiovisual equipment for meetings and events, ensuring all systems function smoothly.
  • Coordinates equipment needs, troubleshoots technical issues, and provides on-site support to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Associates may be required to assist in the field with equipment setup and strike.
  • Other duties performed as assigned.
  • Assist Equipment Manager with overall support of the equipment inventory utilized within the department.
  • Assist with process/procedures, maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of the department’s fleet vehicles.
  • Operate various types of Audio/Visual equipment including, but not limited to analog and digital audio consoles, video switchers, wireless microphone systems, digital projectors, PA systems, consumer & studio video cameras, etc.
  • Provide preventative maintenance to equipment inventory to ensure quality control measures are being met.
  • Equipment Coordinator should have a deep understanding of audio/video signal flow and experience with AV infrastructure such as Crestron and Extron based systems.

Pay Rate

Fixed Pay Rate: $36.75 per hour
