** Responsibilities:**

* Execute the design vision for intelligent scheduling and collaboration experiences, with a strong focus on conversational user interfaces and autonomous agents.

* Design intuitive, end-to-end workflows for time management across various platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile.

* Explore and innovate how artificial intelligence, intelligent agents, predictive capabilities, and conversational user experiences can act as a thought partner for users, enhancing collaboration and work efficiency.

* Lead design efforts in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces, skillfully balancing long-term strategic vision with near-term product delivery.

* Set and maintain exceptionally high standards for design craft, quality, and usability, ensuring products are polished, coherent, and deeply thoughtful.

* Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, research, and data science, to translate complex insights into successfully shipped experiences.

* Leverage research and data to guide design decisions, validate direction, and make necessary course corrections, always optimizing for long-term user value.

* Influence and mentor other designers, contributing to the overall quality and consistency of design work across the system.

* Required Qualifications:

* Master’s Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in product or service design; OR a Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND 5+ years of experience in product or service design; OR equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong product thinking and design leadership.

* Exceptional proficiency with Figma as a primary design tool.

* A sound, disciplined, and clear design methodology.

* Demonstrated independent work style.

* A solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, process, and decision-making.
