As a Design Program Manager for Packaging Technical Publications, you’ll be the innovator for our packaging solutions championing design excellence across Leo’s diverse and worldwide portfolio of products and customers. You’ll develop global and regional technical publications, collaborating across Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, UX, Brand, and Research teams.

You’ll navigate technical constraints while delivering elegant solutions that align with strategic design vision. Your role encompasses beginning with a hands‑on attention to design details and customer experience from initial concept development throughout the full product life cycle.

You will collaborate on packaging design initiatives spanning customer terminals and accessories for markets across the world ranging from new technologies to services for those with experience. You are aware of regional and language differences for different cultures to ensure translations are informative for each culture. We’re seeking a creative program manager who solves complex design challenges with refined, impactful solutions while upholding brand consistency and elevating our packaging design aesthetic.

The ideal candidate brings both creative vision and business acumen, with a deep understanding of global markets and emerging trends in packaging technology, materials, and design. You have an exceptional eye for detail, are articulate, and embrace ambiguity.
