A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field10+ years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech productsDemonstrated experience in communication, visualization, and problem solving skillsFluid command of Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NXExperience exploring and refining ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototypingExperience in designing for mass productionThrive in highly ambiguous situationsOwn end-to-end design direction for a major product or subsystem from concept through MP (EVT/DVT/PVT)Lead cross-functional tradeoffs across ergonomics, ME/EE constraints, cost, reliability, and manufacturabilityRaise the team bar by mentoring designers and setting clear craft/quality standardsPreferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesExperience designing RobotsPublic Compensation:
