Substitute Para educator
Substitute Paraeducators are employed on an at-will basis during the school year to fill in for absences and vacancies. Work hours will vary based on the assignment selected.
Application ProcessApplications will be reviewed when complete (with all appropriate confidential reference surveys returned – one must be from a recent supervisor). Applicants will be contacted by the Substitute Office as openings occur within the Substitute Pool.
Mandatory orientation and training will occur after a candidate is selected for the Substitute Pool.
Compensation- Para educator: $23.86 per hour )
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Proof of High School Diploma or GED will be required in the form of original diploma or copy of official transcripts.
