Associate Principal - Inglewood Middle School

Inglewood Middle School is seeking qualified Associate Principal candidates for the 2025 - 2026 school year. The position is open until filled, and the contract begins as soon as possible.

Position Summary:
Supports the Principal in establishing a shared vision/mission for learning at the secondary level, aligned with the Lake Washington School District’s vision/mission. Assists in developing a school culture and instructional program that promotes student learning and staff professional growth. Manages tasks related to school organization, operation, and resources to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment. Collaborates with faculty and community members, responding to diverse community and student needs, and understands the political, social, legal, and cultural contexts.

Qualifications:
Washington State Administrator credential with a Principal endorsement.

Salary: $ to $ per year  schedule); this is a year-round contracted position with a full benefits package available.

Priority will be given to applications submitted by July 18th. Interviews will occur in two rounds starting the week of July 28th.
