This is a contract role for a Piano Teacher, located on-site at our facility in Redmond, WA. The Piano Teacher will be responsible for delivering one-on-one or group piano lessons tailored to students of various skill levels. Responsibilities also include preparing lesson plans, teaching fundamental and advanced piano techniques, fostering an understanding of music theory, and supporting students' artistic growth. Teachers are also expected to communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and goals, ensuring an engaging and welcoming learning experience.

• Proficiency in Piano Playing and extensive knowledge of Piano techniques
• Experience in Piano Education and the ability to teach diverse skill levels
• Strong understanding of Music Theory and its applications in piano performance
• Background in Music Education, with a focus on student engagement and progress
• Ability to connect with learners and foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Prior teaching experience in music instruction is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Musical Arts, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred
