Special Education Teacher - Middle School Intervention Services District-wide Pool

Lake Washington School District is looking for qualified midd school Special Education Teacher candidates for positions in an Intervention Services setting for the 2026 - 2027 school year. This general posting will be used to generate an applicant pool for these positions. As specific openings are identified, building administrators will contact you if you are selected for an interview.

The intervention program provides supports for students with emotional and behavioral concerns. Students receive the majority of their support within this classroom program.

• Washington State teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement

Paid per teacher salary schedule with Base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days, and Responsibility. Additional Technology stipend and Professional Fund. See LWEA salary schedule posted on website. Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
