Overview

Lake Washington School District is seeking qualified high school Special Education Teacher candidates for positions in an Intervention Services setting for the 2026‑2027 school year. This general posting will generate an applicant pool; specific openings will be contacted later.

The Intervention Program provides supports for students with emotional and behavioral concerns. Students receive the majority of their support within this classroom program.

• Washington State teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.

Paid per teacher salary schedule with base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and Responsibility. Additional Technology stipend and Professional Fund. See LWEA salary schedule posted on the website.

Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
