Position: School Psychologist 2026 -2027 (District-wide Pool)

Lake Washington School District is looking for a qualified School Psychologist for the 2026‑2027 school year. This general posting will be used to generate an applicant pool for these positions. Specific openings will be announced later. Candidates who are selected will be contacted for an interview.

Position Purpose

Under the general supervision of the Director of Special Services, assess students' intellectual and mental functional levels; provide information for program development and student placement; develop behavior plans; and offer guidance on child development and specific student issues to instructional personnel.

Qualifications
  • Washington State ESA Certificate with School Psychologist endorsement
  • Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation
Salary

Paid per teacher salary schedule with base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and responsibilities. Also includes additional technology stipend and Professional Fund. See the LWEA salary schedule posted on the website. A full benefit package is available to employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
