Lake Washington School District is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (0.6 FTE) to serve in a Resource Room at Tesla STEM High School for the 2026-27 school year.
Responsibilities- Provide academic and behavioral support to students primarily within general education settings.
- Deliver pull-out, push-in, or co-teach services in collaboration with general education teachers.
- Participate as a 0.6 FTE during periods 3-6.
- Washington State teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement.
Paid per teacher salary schedule with base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and responsibility. Includes an additional technology stipend and professional fund. The full benefit package is available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
FLSA Status:
Exempt.
