Job Title and School

Special Education Teacher (1.0 FTE) – Muir Elementary School, Lake Washington School District.

Teach in a resource room setting for the  school year, providing academic and behavioral support to students who primarily attend general education. Teachers may provide pull‑out services, push‑in supports, or co‑teach with general education teachers.

Washington State teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement.

Paid per teacher salary schedule with a base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and Responsibility. Includes a technology stipend, a professional fund, and a full benefits package for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.

Exempt.
