The Lake Washington School District seeks a highly qualified certificated educator to serve as Dean of Students at Inglewood Middle School. The Dean works under the direction of the principal, providing support to the school administrative team in carrying out the academic, social‑emotional, and behavioral program. The role requires knowledge of district procedures and policies, the ability to assume responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure.

• Provide student and school supervision, ensuring safety and order.
• Communicate with key stakeholders regarding student behavior and school operations.
• Support the academic, social‑emotional, and behavioral program of the school.
• Assist in the implementation of district policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and school matters.

• Current Washington State teaching certificate.

Paid per teacher salary schedule. Refer to the LWEA salary schedule posted on the website and Tier 3, Appendix N – TOSA Matrix for additional information. A full benefit package is available.
