Technical Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to support the development and maintenance of innovative learning programs for operational and technical audiences, including data center professionals. This role is part of a collaborative learning organization focused on delivering engaging, scalable, and learner-centered training solutions that enable employee readiness and operational excellence. The successful candidate will partner with learning program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional stakeholders to design and develop impactful digital learning experiences using modern instructional design methodologies, multimedia technologies, and AI-enabled learning approaches.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, Learning Technologies, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced education or formal instructional design training is a plus.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Experience

• Strong experience in instructional design, including:
• Needs assessment
• Learner analysis
• Context analysis
• Task analysis
• Experience designing and delivering performance-based learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop training content.
• Experience developing technical learning programs and digital learning experiences.
• Previous data center training or technical operations training experience is highly desirable.
