** Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist to provide leave coverage in Redmond, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will be divided evenly between an elementary school and a secondary school.

1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday

* Hours:

Up to 7.5 paid hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
* Required Trainings:
Full-day trainings on October 16, 2026, and March 12, 2027

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and reevaluations
* Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
* Prepare clear and thorough evaluation reports
* Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and Individualized Education Program meetings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
* Support the development and implementation of appropriate interventions and student supports
* Assist school teams with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns
* Provide consultation regarding special education eligibility and programming
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements
* Coordinate responsibilities and services across both assigned school campusesQualifications
* Master’s or educational specialist degree in school psychology
* Current Washington State license and appropriate school psychologist certification
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Knowledge of special education laws, evaluation procedures, and eligibility requirements
* Strong assessment, report-writing, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage responsibilities effectively across two school sites
* Ability to work in person at the assigned campuses
* Availability to attend both required full-day trainings
