Position Summary
Lake Washington School District is seeking a highly qualified certificated educator to join the Technology Integration Team as a Technology Integration Specialist (TOSA). This is a 1.0 FTE Leave Replacement position for the 2026- 2027 School Year. The successful candidate will embed technology strategies directly into district curricular and instructional initiatives, working as a partner within curriculum, professional learning, and assessment teams to ensure technology strengthens powerful teaching and learning.
The role also serves as the instructional connection point for the Technology Operations team, translating operational and technical changes into their instructional impact for teachers, and representing classroom and teacher perspective back into technology operations planning and decisions.
1.0 FTE
- Teacher salary schedule, plus 15 extra days and a stipend. Tier 2 Compensation package
- See Appendix N - TOSA Matrix of the LWSD LWEA Contract for reference. Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.

Travel RequirementsTravels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.

Minimum Qualifications- Current Washington State teaching certificate (i.e. Continuing, Residency, or Professional)
- Successful classroom teaching experience, five years minimum
- Commitment to and evidence of successful technology integration into the learning environment
- Commitment to the vision, goals, and philosophy of the Lake Washington School District
- Implementation of effective instructional strategies, learning theory, and technology integration
- Master's Degree and/or National Board Certification
- Demonstrated effective experience with mentoring and collaborating with teachers and administrators
- Advanced degree or coursework in technology integration or curriculum and instruction
- Teaching experience at the elementary level; however, applicants with secondary teaching experience are encouraged to apply
