The Technical Architect on the Leo LX (Learning Experience) team within Leo Prod Ops is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs that support warehouse operations, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with site leadership, content architects, and operational stakeholders to create scalable, learner-centered training experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation skills with instructional design expertise to drive measurable learning outcomes across the Leo Prod Ops network.

Key job responsibilities
  • Training Design & Development:
    Design, build, and maintain instructor-led trainings (ILTs) and blended learning curricula aligned to Leo LX standards and operational needs.
  • Facilitation & Delivery:
    Deliver engaging training sessions to technicians, supervisors, and leaders across multiple sites.
  • Content

    Collaboration:

    Partner with the Content Creation Team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and iterate on training materials, job aids, and learning resources.
  • Program Scaling:
    Support the rollout and scaling of training programs across the Leo Prod Ops network, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery at each site.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for improving training effectiveness, learner engagement, and operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Coordinate with site leadership and operational teams on scheduling, shift coverage, and training logistics to maximize participation and minimize disruption.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    Track training completion, learner feedback, and program KPIs to measure impact and inform data-driven improvements to the learning experience.
  • Compliance & Standards:
    Ensure all training content meets organizational compliance requirements and aligns with Leo LX branding and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation
  • Experience in a training role, including technical training
  • Experience in training, performance management and coaching/mentoring
  • Experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures on material handling equipment and automated systems
  • Experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, and related mechanical/controls equipment
  • Experience implementing and enforcing safety standards within warehouse and maintenance environments
  • Experience troubleshooting and performing diagnostics on material handling equipment (MHE) to identify and resolve complex operational issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with graphic training systems and multimedia content creation
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting
  • Experience with technical writing and instructional design
  • Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions
  • Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical
  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
