Role Description The Instructional Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Redmond, WA. The Instructional Assistant supports classroom teachers by reinforcing instructional plans, guiding small groups or individual students, and assisting with the implementation of lesson activities. Responsibilities include helping students with assignments, supervising classroom and common areas, preparing instructional materials, and supporting a safe, respectful learning environment. The role may also involve assisting with behavior support plans, providing accommodations as directed by certified staff, and collaborating with educators and families to promote student engagement and success.
Qualifications
Must be at least eighteen years of age and hold a hogh school diploma or its equivalent. Must hold an Associate degree or higher, OR have passed the Para Pro exam.
