Lab Technician, Hardware

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a Lab Technician, Hardware 4 to join their team. As a Lab Technician, Hardware 4, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting hardware development and validation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician, Hardware 4

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $60

• Execute Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) measurements on test boards and engineering validation boards for the validation of interconnect performance.
• Assemble systems or test fixtures as needed to prepare for measurements.
• Add instrumentation to devices/boards under test to enable high precision measurements.
• Perform soldering and rework on hardware components as required.
• Summarize and document measurement data for analysis and reporting.

• Minimum 7 years experience as a lab technician working with electrical measurements on hardware.
• Proven experience with reworking, assembling, and soldering hardware components.
• Strong knowledge of electrical measurement tools such as VNA, scope, and TDR.
• Experience working in hardware labs supporting data center platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
