Position

Description:

Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Test Technician opportunity located in Redmond, WA.

• Set up, conduct, and document results of calibration procedures on assembled systems.
• Set up, conduct, and document results of Validation tests on assembled systems.
• Set up, conduct, and document results of functional tests of systems and subassemblies.
• Communicate with engineers when identifying failures.

• 2+ years of related work experience
• Experience following written procedures
• Solid communication and problem‑solving skills, ability to understand complex systems and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Experience with standard electrical test equipment; e.g. DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies
• Experience executing test scripts from command line or other text‑based interface

• Experience interacting with Python scripts
• Experience interacting with software repositories (Git, Bitbucket, SVN)
• Experience documenting problem reports for failure analysis
• Experience with lidar, lasers, optics
