• Serve as a technical lead on failure analysis and non-conformance management.
• Drive yield improvement through process change.
• Support operations team directly by being a high solving power engineer, capable of bringing multiple diverging technical perspectives together in high pressure escalation moments such as quality containments.

• 75% of time will be spent on-the production floor working with technician teams to solve all types of technical blockers, from test report reviews, defect material triage, ERP blockers, etc.
• 25% of time will be spent performing independent development work such as performing data analysis on disturbances, improving troubleshoot documentation, etc.

• Familiarity with Low Rate Manufacturing Environments & New Product Introduction
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices & principles
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis Techniques such as Fishbone, Fault Tree, DMAIC, etc.
• Strong analytical skills
