We are seeking a Robotics Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and robotic systems design. The role involves developing, prototyping, and optimizing robotic hardware and integrated systems for industrial, research, or consumer applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop robotic systems with a strong focus on mechanical design, prototyping, and hardware integration.
- Build and refine mechanical components, assemblies, and prototypes using CAD tools.
- Collaborate on integrating sensors, actuators, and mechatronic subsystems.
- Develop and support control systems for autonomous or semi-autonomous robotic platforms.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of robotic hardware.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to iterate on designs and support overall system development.
- Stay updated on advancements in robotics, mechanical design, and mechatronics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in robotic systems design, mechanical engineering, or mechatronic product development.
- Strong experience in mechanical design, including kinematics, dynamics, mechanisms, and structural analysis.
- Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA, Creo, Fusion 360).
- Hands‑on experience with prototyping, machining, 3D printing, and fabrication.
- Experience working with hardware components such as motors, controllers, actuators, and sensors.
- Good understanding of control systems and embedded system interfaces.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with simulation tools such as Gazebo, MATLAB/Simulink, or mechanical simulation platforms.
- Knowledge of IoT hardware integration or embedded systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams including electrical, firmware, and robotics engineers.
