Industrial Services Principal Product Manager - Technical, will play a leading role in defining and implementing customer-oriented services for Kuiper satellite communication services, globally. The successful candidate will have experience with satellite broadband and telecommunication services for Enterprise corporate and industrial service verticals.
In this role, you will help define our services portfolio and features for industrial offerings. You will work with business development with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to help define Kuiper service and feature offerings via expertly crafted working backwards, business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables.
You will work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and must be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must have clear business judgment, dive deep into data, and have core writing skills.
Candidates must be able to analyze and recommend subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for different customer segments. Candidates will have a deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication services. Candidates with demonstrated business and operational experience within high scale fixed, wireless and satellite telecommunications services targeting enterprise verticals will be preferred.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Defining the service offerings, pricing, SLAs, and customer experience for industrial services at a global level, to meet requirements of multiple customer verticals
- Interpret network resource costs and productize into a digestible services for B2B customers, with aligned services portfolio strategy
- Create detailed product requirements documents including use case prioritization, feature definition and product roadmap
- Define the product strategy and make appropriate judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
- Manage the product lifecycle and work with key internal and external stakeholders
