We are working in the domain of Manufacturing Execution Systems, which means that the solutions we are working on are directly impacting how factories around the world are managing their manufacturing processes.
Our team is responsible for the end‑to‑end MES project implementations, which includes both solution analysis (assessment, requirements, process design, solution design) and solution implementation (configuration, development, testing).
Our clients are coming from a variety of industries, manufacturing products which we sometimes use on daily basis: toys, cars, tires, car components, furniture, medical devices, medicine, etc.

We are looking for an ambitious MES Implementation and Support Engineer ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES systems stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.

As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Implementation and Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and integration of project specific MES systems to enhance cutting‑edge process automation solutions meeting customer requirements.

• Get familiar with one or more MES solutions provided by our partners
• Development, configuration, testing and deployment of the MES solution
• Write well‑designed, testable, efficient code
• Work as part of a local or geographically distributed team
• Responsible for MES software integration with systems like ERP, PLM, APS, LIMS and other Control Systems
• Building custom reports using various reporting tools
• Work every day in an Agile Environment, using the Scrum methodology
• Short‑term project‑based business travel when required
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for MES applications, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Participate in on‑call duties to ensure availability and stability of MES solution

• Bachelor/MS of Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industry
• +2 years experience developing database driven web sites/applications
• +3 years work experience on factory MES, automation and process control systems in a manufacturing environment
• Solid technical/functional experience with MES systems (preferred: TrakSYS by Parsec Automation) or other Manufacturing related software is an advantage
• Proven success in contributing to a team‑oriented, multicultural environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of cross‑platform and cross‑browser web development, constraints and issues
• Functional knowledge in any of the following:
  Production, Quality, Maintenance, Inventory
• Excelent communication and collaboration skills - both written and verbal
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus

• Experienced in using and maintaining RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL (SQL, backups, stored procedures, functions)
• Practical experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET or Java
• Front‑End Web‑Development skills with strong focus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
• Previous project experience involving Development, Configuration, Implementation for different manufacturing industries is considered a plus
• Experience working in a Windows Server/IIS environment
• Experience in MES - ERP (or other manufacturing related software) integration is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of ISA-95/ MESA/ SCOR standards is considered an advantage
