Job SummarySenior Controls & SCADA Engineer Advanced Aerospace Test Systems:
Seeking a Controls & SCADA Engineer to support next-generation aerospace test platforms focused on industrial automation, high-reliability control systems, and factory-connected validation infrastructure.
- Design and maintain Siemens PLC-based control systems for aerospace test environments.
- Architect and support Ignition SCADA solutions, including system architecture, networking, integration, and real-time monitoring.
- Develop chamber control systems for precision testing.
- Integrate factory tools, instrumentation, and automation into SCADA and manufacturing networks.
- Support end-to-end test system development including integration, diagnostics, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate across test, manufacturing, software, and systems teams.
- Implement scalable, high-availability automation and drive continuous improvement in reliability and data visibility.
- Strong Siemens PLC and industrial automation experience.
- Hands-on Ignition SCADA experience (deployment, architecture, networking, integration).
- Experience with chamber control or automated test systems.
- Knowledge of industrial networking and factory connectivity.
- Background in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting of complex control systems.
