Job Title:
Building Automation/Integrator Engineer
Hours:
M-F 8am - 5pm
Location:
Redmond, WA 98052
Duration: 5 Months (Possible extension and Potential to convert to FTE)
Summary- As ES Lead Building Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and presenting building condition issues to management, facility teams and sponsors.
- As a systems integrator, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and presenting building condition issues to management, facility teams, and sponsors.
- This job is part of an innovative smart buildings program and is responsible for ensuring all building systems are integrated into our smart buildings platform accurately by maintaining data and connectivity.
- You will be making recommendations on preventive maintenance and repairs related to asset data accuracy, connectivity, availability.
Candidate will be working at the Microsoft campus
Team OverviewPart of the Energy Smart working team
Resource s typical working day- Working with systems looking at different Client systems
- Collecting data and diagnostic system management
- High attention to detail

Willingness to learn
Years of Experience2+ years
EducationHigh School diploma or GED, trade school is a plus
Software skillsIntermediate experience with Excel
