Service Engineer II - Hybrid

Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts. This role is going to be focusing on device management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience inclusive of a HS Diploma/GED and an additional 4 years of related experience.
• 2 years of related experience; 2-5 years preferred.
• Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
• Experience with n-tier solutions.
• Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).

• Experience in a Healthcare environment.
• 4 or more years of experience in Mobile Device Management.
• Proven experience administering MDM solutions with a focus on Apple devices (iPhone/iPad).
• Strong understanding of iOS/iPadOS configuration, security, and enterprise features. Experience with device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management, including understanding network requirements for device usage.
• Experience working with cellular vendors to support cellular devices (iPhones/iPads/non-smart phones/mobile hotspots).
• Working knowledge of application deployment and mobile security controls.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in report writing and dashboard creation, preferably in Power
  
  BI.
• Experience in managing and supporting telecom billing, specifically for mobile network providers (Verizon/First Net).
• Experience with database management and SQL.
