Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager, Reliability
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Role SummaryThe Senior Facilities Manager, Reliability will enhance reliability, continuous improvement, and equipment availability of manufacturing and support equipment across JPOD and JPLANT. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with operations, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, automation, quality assurance, validation, and utilities engineering.
What You’ll Do- Schedule and document maintenance related services for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop maintenance strategies and define facilities maintenance activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise for facilities and utilities reliability, support predictive maintenance, and ensure compliance with facility management guidelines.
- Develop maintenance strategies, plans, SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and frequency schedules for new and modified equipment.
- Collaborate with safety, quality engineering, and manufacturing teams to perform equipment assessments.
- Review, improve, and update maintenance SOPs, parts lists, BOMs, and ensure CMMS data integrity.
- Analyze CMMS data to identify trends and prioritize improvement areas.
- Conduct functional equivalency assessments for spare parts.
- Support or lead equipment troubleshooting efforts with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams.
- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Drive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
- Serve as the Reliability Engineering SME during audits.
- Lead implementation of predictive maintenance technologies to enhance equipment uptime.
- Participate in technical reviews of equipment design projects.
- Contribute to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning of new or modified equipment.
- Identify and lead cost, waste, and energy reduction opportunities.
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
- Manage change control, Quality CAPAs, and Safety CAPAs.
- Track and publish maintenance performance metrics and statistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical facilities maintenance management and 5+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience preferred.
- Proficient in administration of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs; work involves walking and observing conditions.
- Can work in controlled environments with required gowning and protective clothing.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional meeting leadership skills.
- Background in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer skills.
- Proactive educator and collaborator across departments.
- Influential within the organization with team leadership experience.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing facilities operation and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of equipment and utilities processes, P&IDs, manuals, specs, and SOPs.
- Judgment in scope of corrective work orders.
- Good mechanical knowledge and skills.
- Coordination and prioritization of maintenance issues with cross‑functional stakeholders.

The base pay range for this position is $92,400 to $126,500, with potential variation based on skills, experience, and market value.
