Overview
Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. ResponsibilitiesCareer development, team review and growth
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines and resources
Develop processes, mechanisms for efficient execution on priorities
Execute on a HW development process for complex antenna systems
Innovate with your team on challenges unique to Leo
Collaborate with cross-functional team for complete system integrity and performance
Lead and coordinate technical trades in various areas such PCB development, digital electronics, high speed serial interfaces, reliability and “design for X”
Lead the team developing the hardware for advanced antenna systems in space application
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
7+ years of industrial experience especially in board level analog/digital design with large ASIC’s
3+ years of experience in a technical leading role and a management position
5+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, signal and power integrity
5+ years of experience using lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters
Experience with advanced CAD tools
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with developing hardware for space applications
Experience with the entire NPI process
Familiarity with analog electronic fundamentals (transistor circuits, op-amps, filters, etc)
Experience in design, implementation, bring up and debugging of HW from prototypes to manufacturing
Familiarity with power supply design

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
