Job title: Engineering Project Manager
Location: Redmond, WA;
Hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Setup: Contract (12 months)
Pay range: $84-$92/hour
Industry: Medical device manufacturing
Job DescriptionThe Engineering Project Manager will support a portfolio of manufacturing change implementation projects within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, R&D, and Design teams to successfully implement engineering and manufacturing changes into production.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 6+ years of Project Management experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, or related technical environments.
- Experience managing projects within a regulated industry Medical Devices (preferred), Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology
- Strong understanding of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Change Control Processes, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Validation and Verification Activities, Manufacturing Operations, Product Lifecycle Changes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), production workflows, and manufacturing implementation processes.
- Background in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Supply Chain/Operations with manufacturing implementation exposurePMP Certification (Nice to Have).
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Advanced Excel.
