Position: Construction Program Manager 3

Construction Program Manager 3 | Remote U.S

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Program Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Energy Delivery team supporting cross-functional engineering, construction, utility, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Fully Remote (Occasional travel to Austin, TX, as needed)

Pay Range: $74.31 - $80.04/hr

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and manage energy delivery risks, schedules, and critical project milestones across infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with utilities, contractors, lease providers, and internal teams to ensure successful power delivery and energization readiness.
  • Review and validate technical documentation related to substations, utility interconnections, energization procedures, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Support risk assessments, escalation management, and executive reporting for mission-critical energy delivery projects.
  • Ensure compliance with technical lease requirements while supporting complex gas generation and utility infrastructure initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting electrical infrastructure delivery, utility coordination, or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Experience supporting datacenter or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure projects.
  • 7+ years of experience with gas power plants, natural gas generation, or pipeline infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage substations, transmission & distribution systems, utility interconnections, energization sequencing, backup generation systems, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects.
