Hardware Design Engineer

The role involves contributing to accelerated networking projects for Azure Compute. This includes network platform validation, test development, debugging/triage efforts, and root cause analysis for FPGA and networking technologies.

• 10 years of validation experience.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and System Verilog.
• Experience with pre-silicon and/or post-silicon validation.
• FPGA validation experience.
• Experience with Ixia (IXIA) or CyPerf networking validation platforms.
• Experience with accelerated networking technologies and Azure networking platforms.
• Perform design verification and FPGA validation by defining testing strategies and leveraging third-party testing equipment.
• Work with cross-functional teams – design, verification, and software teams for project execution and influence next-generation designs.
• Knowledge of advanced computer architecture.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Perform design verification and FPGA validation by defining testing strategies and leveraging third-party testing equipment.

• Develop test plans, tests, and infrastructure to complete functional validation of designs to identify issues and prevent any regressions in the release.
