Salary: USD 87.10 per hour (W2)

Summary:

Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure resources are used effectively and project deadlines are met. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact scope, budget, or timeline. Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays. Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards.

• Prioritize tasks, assign team members, and optimize resource utilization to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact scope, budget, or timeline.
• Manage relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service levels.
• Collaborate with Operations and Management Teams to implement Engineering and Process changes to support project goals.

• Highly specialized individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in a professional/technical field.
• Extensive experience in a specialized field and an advanced degree or equivalent; typically 6+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and evaluative judgement based on analysis of factual and qualitative information in complex or novel situations.
• Ability to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.
• Experience with in a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment is a plus.
