Salary: $90k - $100k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Team Technical Stack:
  Test Development & Execution:
  Design, develop, and execute integrated system tests for Kuiper's satellite hardware and software.
• Automation:
  Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for test execution and outcome evaluation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with avionics, payload, software, and manufacturing teams to gather requirements, ensure mission success, and address product risks.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement innovative hardware and process improvements to scale testing capabilities and enhance quality.
• Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing:
  Participate in the design, commissioning, and operation of specialized HIL test facilities.
• Production Support:
  Support production test venues, review data, and act as a technical leader for manufacturing processes.
• Technical Documentation:
  Develop test documentation, including process templates and test report.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90k - $100k/yr
. As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
