• Drive leasing operations and ensure resident experience of luxury living.
• Conduct personalized tours, recommend floor plans, and highlight nearby amenities.
• Follow through on every lead, keeping prospective residents informed with tailored updates.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile.
• Leverage sales and marketing techniques, including creative campaigns, outreach, and social media to fuel community enthusiasm.
• Support, guide, and train associates; act as a resource for new hires.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in leasing or customer service in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
