As a Game Master
, you will be the face of the player experience—guiding guests through immersive escape room adventures, ensuring smooth game operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role blends hospitality, storytelling, and operational execution in a fast‑paced, fun environment.

• Welcome and brief guests on game rules, storyline, and safety procedures
• Monitor live games and provide hints/clues to enhance player experience
• Reset rooms quickly and accurately between sessions
  
  Ensure all props, puzzles, and technical components function properly
• Deliver outstanding customer service from check‑in to post‑game wrap‑up
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and lobby areas
• Troubleshoot minor technical or gameplay issues in real time
• Gather feedback and contribute ideas to improve game experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
