Job Overview
Client Relationship Consultants build strong relationships with customers through face‑to‑face and proactive engagement, ensuring they receive the best possible counsel. They assess and address customers’ banking needs, originate and close consumer loans, and manage account and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
- Assess customers’ banking needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Open and close accounts and manage branch daily operations.
- Origin and close consumer loans in accordance with NMLS and banking regulations.
- Utilize digital products and self‑service technologies to enhance customer experience.

- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of retail banking or equivalent experience. - Preferred
Skills:
Build and foster client relationships, engage effectively, basic knowledge of bank policies, digital product proficiency, customer‑service orientation.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Client Relationship Consultant 2
- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 3–4 years of retail banking or equivalent experience. - Preferred
Skills:
Same as Level 1, plus thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Client Relationship Consultant 3
- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years of retail banking or equivalent experience. - Preferred
Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of retail products, participation in sales campaigns, advanced recommendation skills.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Client Relationship Consultant 4
- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of retail banking or equivalent experience. - Preferred
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of all retail products, supervisory experience, superior recommendation skills, participation in sales promotions.
- Basic Qualifications:
All candidates must be registered under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Candidates will undergo a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet NMLS requirements may result in rescission of offer or termination.
