Typical Day in the Role

* Purpose of the Team:
The purpose of this team is to manage financial operations, partner transactions, and program-related budget tracking across marketing, partner programs, and extended third-party engagements.

* Key projects:
This role will contribute to

○ Budget tracking and financial oversight across partners and programs

○ Supporting promotion strategy, financial crediting, and public sector contract processes

Role Overview

This role serves as a key operations partner within finance and programs ecosystem, responsible for managing budgets, validating partner claims, and supporting execution of contracts and promotional programs. The individual ensures financial discipline, operational accuracy, and program effectiveness across a defined portfolio.

The role combines financial analysis and operational execution, working cross-functionally with program owners, partner teams, and finance stakeholders to ensure spend is optimized, claims are processed accurately, and programs are delivered in alignment with intended outcomes.

In parallel, this person will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve budget efficiency and program impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Own Budget Planning, Tracking & Optimization (OPEX Governance)

* Support budget planning cycles, including forecasting, allocation, and rebalancing of OPEX spend

* Track actual spend vs. budget and identify variances and optimization opportunities

* Ensure compliance with financial governance policies and approval processes

* Provide regular reporting and insights on budget utilization and efficiency

Manage Claims Processing & Validation (Channel & Silicon Partner Programs)

* Review, validate, and process partner claims in accordance with program requirements

* Ensure all claims are supported with proper documentation (invoices, proof of execution, etc.)

* Track claim status through approval lifecycle and resolve discrepancies

* Partner with stakeholders to drive timely submission, review, and payout

Support Contract & Promotion Execution

* Assist in execution of contracts, promotions, and incentive programs

* Ensure alignment between contract terms, budget allocation, and program delivery

* Coordinate with legal, finance, and program teams to operationalize agreements

* Monitor execution milestones and ensure compliance with financial commitments

Drive KPI Tracking & Program Performance Reporting

* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across programs (e.g., spend efficiency, claim volume, program ROI)

* Build and maintain reporting dashboards and insights for stakeholders

* Analyze trends in partner activity, claims, and program outcomes

* Provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness
