Responsibilities
- Triage client leads and make referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals.
- Build comprehensive financial plans, recommending brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long‑term client strategies.
- Current Series7 license.
- Series
66 license (or Series
63/65 in lieu of 66); a missing Series
66 may be earned within 60 days of hire. - At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage priorities, and adapt to new information.
- At least three years of experience in the financial service industry or sales environment with a record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Insurance licenses.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. Phone‑based work may be required until a suitable financial center location is assigned.
PayAnnualized salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, plus eligibility for a formulaic incentive plan based on defined metrics.
