Responsibilities

  • Triage client leads and make referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals.
  • Build comprehensive financial plans, recommending brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long‑term client strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Series7 license.
  • Series
    66 license (or Series
    63/65 in lieu of 66); a missing Series
    66 may be earned within 60 days of hire.
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage priorities, and adapt to new information.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in the financial service industry or sales environment with a record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Insurance licenses.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. Phone‑based work may be required until a suitable financial center location is assigned.

Pay

Annualized salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, plus eligibility for a formulaic incentive plan based on defined metrics.

Compliance

Position requires SAFE Act registration. Employees must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
