Employees are paid commission on service sales revenue, plus paid discounts. Commission levels are:

• Entry Level: 33%-35% commission + tips
• Experienced Level: 36%-38% commission + tips
• Expert Level: 39%-41% commission + tips
• Premier Level: 42%-49% commission + tips

In addition, employees may earn retail product commissions. Initial onboarding and ongoing training hours are paid at $18.50 per hour.

• Provide outstanding nail services to guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with salon operations when time allows to maintain the flow of the guest experience.
• Maintain flexible scheduling, including weekend and evening availability generally required for new team members.
• Follow salon policies and procedures.

• Active Washington State Manicurist License.
• Outstanding nail services with expertise in various techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage tasks efficiently.
• Successful completion of a background check.
