Ampersand Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for current and upcoming full-time school-based opportunities in the Greater Redmond, Washington area for the 2026–2027 school year. School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday - Setting:
In-person, school-based - School Year: 2026–2027
- Grade Levels:
Preschool through High School (varies by assignment)
- Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs related to educational performance
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers
- Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills that promote success in the classroom
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
